The delivery was seamless, although I would recommend that instructions be included, despite it being relatively simple to put together, nevertheless, YouTube came to the rescue.
Having visited the Alexandria showroom, I was in order of the fine quality and range of furniture available, all at very reasonable prices. I would have no hesitation in recommending Glicks’ products, service and staff persistence.

Whilst it took a while for sales person to answer the phone, when they did they were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Really liked the way Pietra made the effort to ensure the number of stools I wanted were actually available. Stools delivered the next day !!!!! and would have even been the same day if the poor driver didn't get stuck in a ditch in the country - the driver was great.
Glicks were fantastic to deal with. They actually answered a phone call which is rare in these times and arranged an invoice and delivery date to suit my house move. Thank you Glicks for great service. The Ghost stools look amazing!
