Just wanted to thank you both for your help with the Zen Lounge. My Mother In Law is extremely happy with the lounge and the delivery men were fantastic (she was very impressed when they even took the rubbish with them). I purchased the same lounge only twelve months ago and I was surprised to see the improvements in the style. Once again thank you both. Janine I would just like to thank you for the service and prompt delivery of my new leather lounge. I came into the warehouse on Thursday and my lounge was delivered as promised on Friday afternoon. I am absolutely "gobsmacked" at how much of a pleasure it was to buy the lounge, and that is something given I am often the significant other that will drop my partner a kilometre away from the shopping centre because the thought of shopping sends me into a cold shiver! So in short I find nothing more painful then shopping. So when I walked into you warehouse to find a huge selection I was ecstatic, I have been begrudgingly shopping for a leather lounge for just on 2 months and struggled to find one I liked. I found that not only did I find one I liked but a number so it was just a case of choosing which one, all without having to go into 10 different stores! To top off the experience Mandi did a great job in guiding us and providing all the detail we needed and then to be able to have it delivered the following day - unbelievable!
