5 Year warranty on the frame.
The warranty covers normal usage and does not cover improper use, abuse or damage from extreme weather conditions.
1 year warranty on Leather and cushioning.
The leather is warranted against tearing or splitting under conditions of normal usage for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.
Leather.
Natural marks and wrinkling variations in the grain and colour of the leather are not defects but proof that the product is upholstered in genuine leather.
Cushioning.
Note: Softening of the cushions which are a result of normal use, should not be confused with loss of resilience due to defects in construction or materials.
The warranty does not cover discolouration of leather which results from the application of improper substances, from spills of ink, paint, dye, acid and or other corrosive substances or from exposure to direct sunlight or other heat sources.
This warranty does not cover any damages caused by rough or sharp objects, burns or pets.
